Attendance and Leave of Absence
Pupils should attend their classes regularly. In case of absence, the leave Record data of the Diary, duly filled in and signed by the parent/guardian must be produced before attending the next class. Pupils who are absent for more than fifteen working days without notice are liable to be removed from the Nominal Rolls.
Those who absent themselves for a week or more due to illness must produce a Medical Certificate.
Code of conduct
- All pupils should be present in their classes before 9.15a.m.and should attend the Morning Assembly at 9.20.a.m
- Pupils should be punctual in attending their classes, studies and all other related activities. Remember punctuality is the key to success in life.
- Pupils should always keep the walls and school materials clean.
- Pupils should not bring any costly ornaments, watches, pens etc; to the class
- Pupils should not run about or play or shout inside the class rooms, keep silence while passing along the corridors.
- Pupils should be polite and courteous in word and deep. They should greet one another and also should greet and respect their parents, teachers and elders. They should be gentle and considerate to their companions.
- Pupils should bring with them a towel to be used at the time of lunch.
Role of parents/guardians
- Provide the wards with School Uniforms. Bags, Text Books, Pen, Pencil etc; in time. Also instruct them to bring books etc. to school as per the Time-Table only.
- Ensure that your ward comes to school in neat and tidy uniforms, pays the fees in time and adheres to the code of conduct of the school.
- Make used of the assignment/communication Record of their Diary to convey message to teachers and check daily for the communications, if any conveyed by the teachers
- Please supervise the Home Assignment for the next day, sign the Home Assignment Record, Leave Record, Regularity record, Regularity record, Progress Report etc; of your ward as required.
- Avoid sending pupils late to school, meeting pupils in classes and waiting at class rooms.
- Do not your send your ward is suffering from infections or contagious diseases to school
- Discourage Private tuition. Let the pupil develop independent thinking and self confidence by our scientific method of coaching.
- Personally communicate any problems, complaints, suggestions etc., relating to you ward to the Prinicipal between 3.00 p.m and 4.30 p m on all last two Saturdays.
- Please avoid criticism of the Teachers and the school in the presence of the pupils. This may cause loss of the ward’s respect for and confidence in the teacher and the school.
